Eye Movement & Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

             Understanding EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy that can help children, young people and adults process distressing experiences and memories that continue to affect how they feel in everyday life.

Therapy is tailored to each person's individual needs and experiences, providing a safe, supportive space to work through difficulties at a pace that feels manageable.

If you're curious about EMDR, the short video below offers an introduction to the therapy and explains a little more about how it works.
