Therapeutic Groups & Programmes
The Therapy Corner offers structured, evidence-informed therapeutic programmes designed to help children and young people understand emotional difficulties, develop practical coping skills and build confidence.
Our programmes may include:
Anxiety Management
CBT-informed strategies to help young people understand anxiety, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and gradually build confidence.
Emotional Regulation
DBT-informed skills to support emotional awareness, distress tolerance, mindfulness and managing difficult feelings.
Mood & Motivation
CBT-informed approaches to understanding low mood, increasing positive activities and developing helpful coping strategies.
Flexible Support
Programmes may be delivered online or face-to-face, depending on the group, suitability and availability.
Each programme has a clear therapeutic focus, with arrangements confirmed before a group begins. Please contact us to register your interest and find out about upcoming programmes.

Accessible Therapeutic Support
We believe that accessing therapeutic support should feel more manageable for families.
Our structured therapeutic groups offer a more affordable way for children and young people to develop coping skills, understand their emotions and learn evidence-informed strategies alongside others with similar experiences.
Groups provide a different experience from individual therapy, with opportunities to learn, practise skills and feel less alone. Suitability is considered before joining, as group work is not the right approach for everyone.
Programmes may be offered online or face-to-face, subject to availability.
